We had a really good time at the apartment.
Super nice and spacious house and great amenities.
It was a bit noisy in the morning. Barking dogs, mopeds... But this is Italy... Unfortunately, there is no way to sit outside.

Caution!!!!!!!!!
The house is cozy, but surrounded by greenery and insects, it is impossible to open windows and doors and unpleasant internal guests - scorpions, cockroaches, beetles.

House, appliances are very good, clean and tidy. But the dining room is too dark. NO terrace!
Nice house, quiet place. Bakers and shops can be reached on foot. Dishwasher, washing machine available. Two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Everything is clean and attractive
Unfortunately, artificial lighting has always been required in the living area of the kitchen and dining area, as the house is built into a slope and therefore it is very dark on the first floor. Terraces are NOT as stated in the description. You couldn't sit outside or eat outside, but you always had to eat in the gloomy dining room. We always make sure that we have the opportunity to sit outside in the rest house. The description here is simply wrong. NO terrace, just a small paragraph in front of the door where you can put a small chair. Also, there was no DVD player. Room with bunk beds is small, no window. Our kids slept on the pull out couch which went well but not planned. The bunk beds don't really invite you to spend the night there.

Relax against the backdrop of the magnificent nature of the Marche hills.
An ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the Marche hills. The village of Macerata Feltria can be reached on foot. The house has been recently renovated, fresh, cozy, three levels. A real gem. Great experience. The owner is friendly as well as the staff who welcomed us. Excellent housekeeping. Ideal for nature lovers and those who want to relax.
There is nothing that we didn't like.
