The bed sheet was stained and I had to ask for a room change because of it. I had booked and paid for a studio but had to stay in a regular room to at least have a clean bed. In the studio flat there was also a basket of fruit, a nice thought except that it was moldy. It was cold in the room, I was offered an ineffective heater. I don't evaluate who had to do what, but I was provided with an insufficient and completely inadequate service compared to the price paid. My personal experience was bad and no compensation was offered to me.

Not very central and the room is located in an apartment (but still independent with an exclusive bathroom and toilet) whose front door is quite difficult to open and therefore noisy. Also, the occupants of the other rooms aren't necessarily careful (doors slam), so you should be safe.

The bed is actually a crib with a low folding and non-uniform mattress. The door to the apartment was a normal locked bedroom door: not particularly secure. Clogged shower (we had to wash quickly to prevent water from flowing out of the pan); there was water in the soap dispensers. Not particularly quiet compared to the internal noise of the entire floor. Public parking is readily available depending on timeslot. With some extra care, it would be really nice and nice.
