The attention of the receptionist, and the bed was a sofa bed with a mattress in the kitchen. Horrible. It was lucky that the discount was for 4 and we brought 2 mattresses to make one to sleep on. They didn't know we were coming and never gave us access to the safe due to lack of staff.

Magnificent view of the coast and Taormina, very friendly, efficient and accommodating staff. The apartment is bright and the kitchen area is well equipped for a simple family meal. Very good vacation!
