great stay all in all.
everything was great in our Apartment. nothing to complain about..
the smell of paint / damp walls took some getting used to.

nice holiday in a great location on the lake.
Top location on the lake with secure fencing. Very nice staff. Underground car park with direct access to the house.
Some things didn't work, were broken despite registration, such as heating, ceiling lights, vacuum cleaner. Glasses were missing, but were replenished.

Overall it was very nice in this residence.
The location is very good, about 2 km to the next place where you can shop. Our room was on the ground floor with a terrace and garden overlooking the lake, which was great. Boat rental directly on site!
The air conditioning was too warm and didn't adjust well, we turned it off. A few more kitchen utensils would have been good. e.g. Can opener, salad cutlery and bowl were not available.
