We had 103 houses and had a great time. Our house had its own terrace, and it was a bit away from the main house with privacy. We went to the pool and then returned to our terrace as we are not pool champions. But this would have been possible without any problems thanks to the sun loungers and various umbrellas. The free tennis court was also great and since there are a maximum of 8 families on site, there is never really any stress of being busy. If you let go, you can play. There is not enough kitchen equipment with spatulas and the like, everything is a little economical. The institution is Italian, not grandiose. I would call it “purposeful”. The bathroom was ok, but also not a luxury. What was annoying was the WIFI, or the fact that it was actually only open in front of the door, probably better in other houses because they are closer to the router. The pool could have been upgraded a bit as the mosaic tiles were constantly falling off the walls. Overall it was a great time, totally relaxing and we had a great view of nature. We booked a week spontaneously and did not regret it! We also had the opportunity to take our two dogs with us and the owner was very nice too. Great Tuscan style establishment!
