Perfect !!! 🤩
We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment! Everything was perfect, there is nothing to complain about. It is fully equipped with everything needed. Gaia is a very charming and very helpful person. We will recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to visit the Cinque Terre! In addition it is 3min walk from the train station 👍😁

Perfect stay in La Spezia
As with most comments, I can only praise Gaia, attentive and helpful, as well as a well equipped and soundproof apartment perfect for 2 couples. We really appreciated the close proximity of a very secure car park (car in a closed box) for 20 euros per day, both in the train station and in the city centre. I highly recommend.
Maybe some more crockery (very pretty) and cutlery.

Magnificent apartment, spacious, renovated, decorated with great taste, very well equipped (everything is of high quality), super clean. The location is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre (next to the train station) and close to the city center. The hostess, with her kindness, availability, attention, valuable advice, greatly contributed to the success of our stay.

Fantastic luxury apartment, in excellent condition, very comfortable, close to the train station and the center, top floor with a view, air conditioning, friendly and helpful owner Gaia.
