I recommend
Quiet location, pleasant accommodation, albeit older furniture.
It was not possible to arrive and unload things let alone park.

Great apartment with a fantastic welcome from Dino
Very friendly welcome from Dino with constant contact throughout the week to make sure everything went well and lots of good travel tips. The apartment was lovely with all the comforts including a washer, dryer and a good coffee maker. Ivrea is a real Italian city, authentic and not very touristy, but with mountains and Turin within bike / car distance.
