The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, we had already been here in 2017 and we had a good time as we had the previous time, the rooms are welcoming and beautiful.

If it had been a perfect structure in managing the exteriors and aquatic facilities, perhaps I wouldn't have thought of it

Relax in the woods a stone's throw from Florence
The cheerful and helpful welcome of the staff, the location in the woods with guaranteed relaxation.
Just having to find fault with a slight heat in the room.
