The location of the hotel. It really is a beautiful place. Very welcoming and smiling staff, the morning and evening shifts. Good restaurant and decent breakfast.
It's a shame that there isn't a line in French on the restaurant menu because when you don't speak Italian or German and very little English, it's a bit complicated to communicate with the staff.
