Sea cottage in pinewood

Stefania was very friendly and did a great job introducing us and taking care of us. She even arranged transportation to and from the airport. The air conditioner works well. Great location, 3 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes to the center (Viale Ionio).

A very large three-room apartment. Separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Large living room with TV. Room for two. The second bedroom is very large with a bunk bed and a single bed (with the option of a fourth bed). Bathroom with shower. Air conditioning. Windows and doors with mosquito nets. Private car park. Great terrace because it's always in the shade, we always ate outside. Large laundry space. Near the sea (used the central beach, an umbrella with two sun loungers and two director's chairs for 10 euros per day). Recommended trips to Matera, possibly with a guide, and to Alberobello (both just over an hour's drive).

The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need, very comfortable, beautifully furnished, the owner is kind and helpful, the lady who hands over the keys is really a wonderful person. A quiet place for a relaxing holiday.
