Excellent.
Michele and his wife were very kind and helpful, they recommended various places to visit in the surrounding area and also some really characteristic restaurants. They were very welcoming and the chatter during breakfast was always a nice convivial moment. The structure is very quiet, a few kilometers from the sea, the room is large and cared for in every detail. We had a very good time at Villa Nancy. Thanks Michele, you are a super host!

It was a very good stay, the landlord took very good care of you 🫶
The breakfast was good. The location was really good, you can quickly get to the sea or to the great Strada, which takes you quickly to another city. It's really great. The fact that you live close to the street didn't bother me either - you couldn't hear anything in the apartment.
At first I didn't know whether breakfast was enough for me. But it was completely sufficient. I never left the door hungry in the morning

A very pleasant experience.
Excellent welcome and availability of the managers/owners, Mr. Michele made us feel at home. We are a couple with a small dog in tow and all three of us had a great time :) Strategic position for spending a beach holiday but also for visiting cities in Basilicata and Puglia. A tip in this regard: visit the Policoro Nature Reserve, the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, the city of Ostuni and the Tavole Palatine.
