Cozy and very spacious house for two families. Clean and functional swimming pool for a relaxing holiday. Convenient for visiting the Frasassi caves and the town of Fabriano. Very helpful and pleasant owner.

Starting from a strategic position for those who, like us, wish to take advantage of the terrain to devote themselves to rock climbing. The house is very large, in excellent condition, there is everything you need for a long stay. Luca, the host, was well available. Couldn't have dreamed of better, we will definitely come back.

The apartment is the size of a building, on three floors, space for two or three families with a large pool, very helpful owner, nothing to complain about.

We spent a wonderful week in the area, combining morning excursions with relaxing on the terrace and pool in the afternoon. Ideal for local tourism and beyond. The house was very clean inside and we really liked that we stayed here in summer 2020.
