The place is surrounded by nature and the house has everything you need to relax and is an excellent base for trips to the Apennines. Thanks again to Sabina
Beautiful apartment, well equipped with everything, including a fireplace which proved to be necessary given that it rained in the evening and it was cool. They did find us quite a bit of food for breakfast and the welcome was excellent. Small note, there was no coffee although there were three moka pots of different sizes and a French coffee maker. It's really a note, considering that the Hurrà supermarket is nearby. Excellent location for visiting the Frasassi caves and the magnificent surroundings. Highly recommended

the area is beautiful and the view from the balcony is beautiful
inside it is a bit dark, but when the weather is warmer that is probably fine
very nice, clean, well-kept apartment, comfortable beds, from the windows there is a wonderful view of the mountains and the nature around gives you a spectacular sense of peace, excellent location for visiting the caves of Frasassi and its surroundings, the lady was very kind and helpful , we will be back as soon as possible.

Upon our arrival at 10 in the evening, 15 degrees in the apartment, in the middle of winter and with two small children (1 year and 3 years). The breakfast for six people, which we later discovered was for two days, included 1 liter of milk, 3 fruit juices in packets, 10 rusks, 4 muffins, 4 slices of cake and some jam and nutella in single-serving packages, practically insufficient even for a single day. Following a request for information on breakfast, it was provided to us again, but justified with the following sentence: "we didn't know that the children had breakfast"…. We also requested wood for the fireplace, which was brought to us following the following sentence: "I'll tell you right away that if you want wood, you have to pay for it". So far, we have tried to be understanding, not to give too much weight to what happened, it can happen. And now comes the best part, waking up Sunday morning, the house was cold despite the radiators on, I check the boiler and find it's on lockout. I turn it back on, my wife goes into the shower, after 2 minutes we discover, due to the icy water, that the boiler is blocked again. At this point I call the owners, they arrive to check, discovering that the LPG tank is empty! They tell me about a “gas leak”! I want to trust them, even if my thought is that the gas is finished because I don't see them being very worried. Sure of their good faith, I don't warn Booking.com and I limit myself to asking them for a refund for what I paid, about €170 for two nights, the owner tells me that he would have discussed with his sister, but that in any case he won't would have been problems for the refund, apologies for what happened. I call later to ask what they had decided to do, and here the lady tells me to deal with Booking.com, that for what we paid, and she gives me the bill of € 28 per person, we had to make this thing go well.
