Friendly and hospitable staff. Clean and spacious room. Excellent structure restaurant!

Catastrophic
The reception was disastrous: no one greeted us. After the call, the owner tells us that it will open in 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, we see a lady appear who is particularly obnoxious. There is an incredible mess here: sheets are lying on the sofa. The dining tables were not cleared. In general, the place and reception absolutely do not match the price and comments.

Location, courtesy, size of rooms.
The furniture is very minimalistic. I understand that after a long time it opens again, but it is unpleasant to enter rooms where the windows and shutters are closed, the cabinets are wide open, the bed covers are pushed in the corners, and to find a sign in the bathroom indicating the last disinfection happened 13 months ago.

The prices are very good and we can also highly recommend the hotel's own restaurant at any time.
A well-established family business, everyone is very motivated and ready to help. Breakfast is good, individual wishes were taken into account without any problems.
Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy.

Perfect
Truly exceptional villas and living spaces care, central location and first class service.
Great quality food, perhaps slightly above the estimated price, but well stocked with service and attention to detail.
