We dealt with shag or cockroaches that lay dead all over the bedroom, under the closet, the bed, and possibly in other rooms, while the living sat on the furniture. The apartment was superficially cleaned, but gave off a musty impression in an old house. We didn't stay there overnight and looked for better accommodation for the same price and stayed there until the end of the holiday. We were afraid that we would bring the bugs home in our luggage. When we contacted the agency about this, they offered us another cleaning. Unfortunately, I doubt this would have solved the problem, as the pieces were under the furniture and all over the place. The woman in charge of the agency and related conflict resolution was not particularly pleasant to talk to when it came to complaints about their services.

It is better for novice drivers to park on the street as the access road is very narrow and not suitable for large vehicles.
