Location and terrace
Unused parking space, old and rusty furniture, very limited hot water, uncomfortable mattresses, check out at 10am.

I expected more
Excellent location
An old house, except for the windows. With a maximum (but really maximum) water heater, two people can take a shower. The kitchen and bathroom are in really poor condition. A pity.

Fossacesia is the most beautiful sea in Abruzzo.
Seaview location with establishment and free beach. The apartment had a balcony where you can dine, two bedrooms, a bathroom for people with disabilities with a new sink and a new shower. The apartment has sheets, towels and food. Equipped with parking. You don't need an air conditioner because it's cool.
The lamps are old. The drain in the bathroom is not fully functional. The apartment was not clean.

Location right in front of the sea
The apartment was very dirty, we could not take a shower, and the kitchen was in a deplorable state, the drain in the bathroom did not work, when renting the apartment we were asked for an economic surcharge for a third bed, not an extra bed, but to get us 3 beds out of 4 provided , we paid for the whole apartment!

Good
Two bedrooms, large balcony overlooking the sea and promenade. Parking is possible after agreement with the staff in the garage behind the house and still free of charge.
There was no air conditioning, but if you opened the doors and windows properly, you could ventilate. The kitchen is small for large cooking, but there are cafes and restaurants with great cuisine around.
