Even though we had booked three bedrooms and two bathrooms, only two bedrooms and one bathroom were open for us. We immediately pointed this out to the owner, who decided for us that the room should be shared by two people, citing the presence of other (non-existent) guests. Only after contacting the booking three days later the owner opened a third room with a bath which we had already paid for and which was available and free and not occupied. In the middle of the week we were joined by a fourth person and the owner charged us extra, although we warned him and asked in advance if there were any additional costs: he replied that there was no problem, but he never answered us about a possible surcharge ( but when booking with three or four people, the price did not change). In short, the lack of transparency punished our stay. Although the house is Spartan, it is very beautiful, in the style typical of the island. However, the equipment, from the kitchen (eg 3 knives for an 8-bed house) to the bedrooms (uncomfortable mattresses and salvaged furniture), is sparse.

The humidity of the room and the stairs leading to the apartment must be improved because it is very dangerous.
