The entire property was a dream. Patricia is also an excellent cook and hostess. Her homemade lemon cream pasta is a dream. Every breakfast in the garden is a pleasure. And the wines on sale are reasonably priced and delicious. The tranquility in this hotel is commendable. And very expensive cats that belong to the property.
The smoke from the production of olive oil was a nuisance all day.

The pool is nice but could do with a bit more maintenance. kitchens are getting old.
The residence is gorgeous, comfortable and Patricia's hospitality is wonderful. The apartment (oka) is very practical for a family of 4. The residence is very well located for visiting Tuscany. Very nice pool Excellent breakfast.
There is no real sofa in the apartment, only wicker chairs. The kitchen lacks equipment: old electric stoves and no oven.
