Comfortable apartment that meets all the needs of those who are going to visit Venice and the islands, equipped with all amenities, washing machine, dryer, food processor, kettle, all necessary utensils, American coffee maker, refrigerator, hairdryer. 2 large double bedrooms, a small single room and a spacious bathroom. It is located in the center of Favaro, in a very quiet area, close to the countryside, close to all services. It should be noted that it is located on the 4th floor with no lift, this was not a problem for us, but I think it might be useful for carrying luggage. Excellent and convenient parking for those arriving by car. Recommended "pizza longa" takeaway pizzeria, excellent and fast service considering it was a Saturday night. On the opposite side of the road, there is a bar / patisserie that sells groceries and a friendly and pleasant staff. The apartment is in a very convenient area to get to Venice, as the tram stops right under the house, it runs every 10 minutes and takes about 35 minutes to get to the final stop of P.le Roma - Venice, from where you can take the boat. gondolas and train. Antonio, host, pleasant and helpful. We spent the weekend in October with 8 people and it was all within reach. Definitely recommended.
