Have a nice holiday
The house is very close to the beach. Big house. Each of us had breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
It was cool in the house for the autumn holidays, and it was very dark on the first floor. No mosquito nets.

Excellent location in Chia, ideal for families.
All perfectly! Great location next to the beach, very large and independent house, very helpful and welcoming host (he even brought us fresh vegetables from his garden). Ideal for families.

Good location
Very close to the beach, the beach is large and clean. Small supermarkets within walking distance
Drive far to large supermarkets. No dishwasher. One shower room. The garden was not cleaned, they cleaned the leaves themselves

A lot of sun on the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia at the end of a long summer.
The large house had enough space for 6 people. The equipment is good, nothing was missing. Just a minute walk to the beautiful beach. It was still visited, but in no way was it overcrowded. The sea was warm. There were big waves on some days. On the ground floor of Villa sur mare there are 2 very spacious bedrooms with bright morning sun. Breakfast and the morning on the balcony are especially sunny. In the evening, the full moon shines over Torre di Chia in the bedroom. Large dining table for shared dining in the living room. Very friendly hosts.
The small bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor is rather dark. This can lead to problems with the fair distribution of rooms. The internet is so slow, at 10-30 kbps, that it is useless. But that shouldn't be a disadvantage. Since there is no German TV either, these ubiquitous distractions are no longer there. We preferred to refrain from eating and linger on the veranda due to the many and very aggressive mosquitoes in the shady garden. There is only cold water in the kitchen.
