The best holidays in September
It was a wonderful stay, Maurizio is a really kind and helpful person, he met all our needs. The house is cozy and comfortable, in the center of Diano Marina: very convenient to the central streets for a walk among the clubs and shops, and the sea is within easy reach!

Great location, pay attention to parking.
The apartment is very close to the sea, excellent cleaning and a very kind and helpful lady. He gave us the keys even 3 hours before check in. If it wasn't for the parking, I would have given it a much higher rating.
In the description of the apartment it was written "free parking on site", in fact there are no free and free parking spaces nearby. This is regular street parking, so luckily you will find a free spot. I spent a week in this apartment and never once could find a parking space that was actually close to home. There is a fan with blades on the ceiling of the room, almost unusable because it is too noisy. Luckily the weather was quite windy, especially in the evening/night, otherwise it would have been too hot.

Okay, but the apartment was not equipped for wet and cold November weather.
The apartment is after a major overhaul. The bathroom is excellent. The kitchen is ok. Nice stay, but the sofa is not comfortable. The room was fine but we didn't know how to turn on the ceiling light without a fan! We took bed linen, but there was only one blanket. There were covers, but nothing warm. The blanket was quite small. We arrived on November 10, but there was no heating! The lady gave us a small blower. Do not leave this device turned on for a long time. In the morning all the windows were wet with condensation, the curtains too. My clothes were wet. November 15 was heating and life became more pleasant. People should be warned that the heating is not turned on until November 15th. The heater, microwave had modern outlets, but the outlets in the apartment were old, so we had to replace the only adapter to use any device. The apartment was very quiet and in a great location. The main problem was the lack of heating!!! Especially in November.
We need the desired blankets for the winter and heating.
