Great location but poor rest
Owner presence and location
Very dirty and poor quality establishment. broken shower stall, poorly functioning toilet drain, sometimes only hot water, old air conditioner and located in the kitchen. the kitchen window overlooks the kitchen of the pizzeria, hence the additional heat sources.
