Beautiful but strange place...
The property is a restored 300 year old farmhouse. This is complemented by another two-room apartment with its own kitchen. The setting is wonderful, with an excellent panorama of Cortona. This is a very suitable place for families and small groups of friends.
So now the inconvenience: - The last half kilometer of the road leading up to the house is a steep rocky road that the average car will hardly pass through. - In the kitchen of the main house, the electrical outlet of the refrigerator was in a life-threatening condition. When we asked for it to be repaired it was "resolved" as shown in the photo below. - Scorpions live in the house - yes, exactly: scorpions !!! - The "Casa dei Nonni" (smaller building) is moldy in several places. - Something strange: there are a lot of photos of the owner's family in the house - including the one where grandfather and grandson walk around with bare bottoms... :))) Also: the closet of the house is full of old grandma's and grandpa's clothes. We did not find any explanation for this... - The whole area is surrounded by an electric fence for wild animals. There was no warning about this - it even shocked our son!

We were very pleased!
The location is wonderful: in the middle of nature. You are completely free. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.
The only thing that bothered me in the house was the kitchen. The kitchen may need a deep cleaning (cleaning the kitchen cabinets inside) and some things need updating. for example. coffee machine. It literally took several hours to fill the coffee pot half way. There were some mochas. But they were outdated and not clean.

Hearts to the rhythm of Tuscany
Nice house with fantastic views. Peace and quiet and the opportunity to listen to nature were special experiences. You are absolutely calm and in both houses you can feel the love and passion of the owners for Tuscany. Thank you, dear Laura, that we were allowed to be there. Greetings Britta and Franz
