Cortona is worth the trip in itself, but the Eremo delle Celle is particularly interesting and enthralling
Breakfast is not provided or included but there is an excellent pastry shop 30 steps away. Well the small free parking 20 meters from the accommodation.
Arrived at 5pm having booked, we found the hotel closed; a contact number was displayed on the door. The person contacted said she would arrive at 7.30pm. Until then we stayed out and then we were given a discount.

Discreet placement
Convenient location about 2 km from Cortona. Free parking 50 meters from the property. Very well heated room with privately manageable air conditioning. Elevator.
Structure and room dated and a bit neglected, in need of a renovation. The shutter on the window is broken and does not close and a blackout curtain has been put in which does not darken well, so there is too much light in the room in the morning. Very low pillows, higher ones should be added.

Ideal stopover if you are traveling by car in Tuscany
Possibility to check in until late in the evening. Structure and clean and fragrant room, comfortable bathroom with window.
The pillows are too low.
