The fact of paying in advance at the check in is decidedly shameful, especially for someone who has been a customer for more than 10 years. Then that in a 5-star hotel they don't make up the room after 8pm is unacceptable. Furthermore, the heating is unmanageable and the room we were in was impossible to make really dark.

to be a five-star hotel, several things are missing: the first thing I entered the spa and it was dirty with the glasses on the floor from the night before .. secondly, the breakfast was nothing special to be a five-star hotel .. I would not go back
