Grazioso appartamento con meravigliosa vista.

The apartment is in a complex of other apartments currently empty, the guy who manages it was not grumpy to greet us and it showed. We found FROST, 8 degrees on arrival, we had to have lunch in jackets with a child of 3 years old, after turning on the pellet stove (the only source of heating) for a long time the living in the room were heated a few degrees more. but it remained cold in the rooms and in the bathroom and only in the morning there was an acceptable temperature, so we had a bad night also due to the clogging of the stove which happened late at night (had to clean it and restart it and the same the next night). The consumption of pellets is disproportionate, I finished 2 bags in 2 days, so that the apartment was warm enough. Cleaning is a bit rough, dirty carpets and bathroom floor too. The double bed is actually 2 separate single mattresses that open up and don't give you a good rest (I recommend at least putting a double mattress topper to hold the mattresses together). In conclusion, it was a good experience, an adventure with a spirit of adaptation. The guy who manages the apartment helped us on the phone because he is not there and there is not much you can do if you are not there, I suggest that the apartment is always warm with the stove on (in winter of course)
