... Pity !!!
... the location is great!
... no warm water on 3 days ... 3 x waiting for craftsmen ... at least until today no financial concessions! ... very poorly soundproofed ... in bed the conversations in the neighboring apartment are audible ... especially buses and garbage disposal at night crazy noise level ... Vacuum cleaner full, shower drain clogged, pillows with sweaty edges in the fresh bed, crockery and cutlery dirty ...toilet not thoroughly cleaned

Gorgeous apartment very well located
The apartment is very very good, it has everything, household appliances, which not even all houses have. It was clean and very well located, less than 5 minutes walk from the port to catch the ferry.
Being on the top floor of the building, the fact that it doesn't have an elevator is a problem (especially if you have average knees).

Bright, beautiful, comfortable
Very nice apartment, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable sofa with TV, spacious bathroom and everything you need. Advantages of the terrace, which is spacious and bright, like the rest of the house. The owner is very kind and helpful, always ready to answer.
It has nothing to do with the house directly, but controlling the occupancy + opening doors via the app (no keys) was a disaster.

Nice and cozy apartment in the very center of Como!
Great terrace and large clean apartment for 2 people! The location couldn't be better :) In the center of Como, less than 2 minutes walk from the lake. Would stay here again and again!
Unfortunately there was no lift in the building and the stairs to the fourth floor were very narrow and steep.
