Organizational disorders and lack of transparency
I suggest contacting the property to check availability before booking. A couple of days before our arrival, one month after booking and paying in advance, they inform us that the booked structure was not available. All resolved thanks to the timely intervention of booking. The structure is located in an ideal area for those intending to go to the ski resorts, but requires good adaptability. We encountered discomfort with the size of the rooms, quite small and the leaking shower cubicles made taking a shower impossible. Although the cost requested by booking includes cleaning costs, extra family contributions have been requested. I found this incorrect. Booking customer for years, always satisfied. Sadly I can't say that was the case this time.
