A house immersed in the greenery of Tuscany
The house is located in an ideal place to relax and go to the sea. It also has a very large garden, suitable for families and a perfect getaway. The owner is friendly, helpful and nice, loves dogs. It is a welcoming house, a typical Tuscan house. Featured. Near the house there is a huge area of ​​olive trees and vines, where you can safely walk.

Very bad, not worth the price
Fly screens are available almost everywhere
Location right on the highway, very noisy. Partially (bathroom) plaster fell from the ceiling, the bathroom was in very poor condition, the sink, toilet bowl, bidet were old. Safety defects in the kitchen (several sockets by the stove), very old crockery, poor kitchen equipment. No coffee maker, only espresso machine. No ironing board/iron. The beds are old, we always rock in the middle. No recommendation

Definitely come back!
Great location, quiet corner in the Tuscan countryside. Excellent proximity to the sea, populated centers of cultural and tourist interest, as well as communication roads leading to the Volterra hinterland. Very friendly and attentive host, she very kindly showed me the structure and its details. Highly recommended for those who want to relax in a typical Tuscan house surrounded by greenery and nature.

Try it for extended summer stays.
The property is located very close to Cecina and the sea, and close to many beautiful villages: Bibbona, Casale, Bolgheri, Castagneto. The open spaces are well maintained, quiet and full of flowers. Free covered parking in the shade. Comfortable rooms, well equipped and well restored: immerse yourself in the past of a Tuscan farm. The owner is very helpful.

The only drawback c was written a children's play area but there was none and the tv didn't work
Very quiet place, very nice and friendly host ready to make you feel at ease.
Satellite TV did not work, except for one channel, there was no playground, except for old walkers. Not that these things are basic, but if they are written, you can expect them to be usable. Otherwise, everything is ok.
