The mini bar didn't work. The hotel asked for an extra 5 euros/day for the mini bar service. This surcharge was not specified at the time of booking. The minibar was included in the booking, but the hotel states that if it's on the booking, it shouldn't work (so it's a piece of furniture, like any of the rooms).
