for our short break (3 nights) perfectly fine.
very clean and spacious, secure parking, the apartment is fully equipped. With our small car, the narrow access road was also possible. (But be careful with large vehicles!)
TV unfortunately only Italian channels.

Good stay, great service, kind host. Super recommended!
Good stay, above the slopes of Rovenna, difficult to reach by car given the narrow streets, but overall good location, immediately reached the center of Como. Excellent service and kind and helpful host, not indiscreet and oppressive.

Bad for the weather!
The structure is very nice clean and there is really everything you need. The owner is kind and helpful.
The only flaw is only the journey to get there, a narrow road with various hairpin bends, but you can do it! Maybe a couple of degrees more on the house would have been welcome.
