Good location and free parking if you are patient
The decor of the room, the comfortable bed and the professionalism of the owner. Free parking nearby.
The shower was clogged, the jacuzzi was old. The water is unsuitable even for tea.... You have to be very, very patient to park, the spaces are very narrow.

Mirko is very friendly and accommodating. He gives good and useful advice for Cefalu. (e.g. food, parking, beach, sightseeing) There is a lot of love, passion and dedication in a home. That's noticeable. Recommendation: yes*
Nothing in accommodation and service. From the outside, the house and its surroundings do not look attractive, but the owners fully compensate for this, and the view of the water from the balcony (sunset) is magnificent.
