Arrived on the scene we left the apartment (if we can speak of an apartment)!!! A safety aspect (impossible to sleep there because there was a major gas leak from the water heater which was in the living room), dirty, not maintained, fridge bar on the dirty floor, disgusting radiators, shower without wall left in a storage room, more than dirty sofa, dirty gas hob. Bins left on the terrace as a welcome gift. The owner does not respond and I do not understand why Booking leaves this kind of establishment on the site and penalizes not the owner of the premises but ultimately the travelers. Thank you because our stay in Milan was ruined and we had to urgently look for other establishments to sleep with 2 children! ASHAMED!!!!! We did not take possession of the premises!!!!

the heating hadn't been turned on when we arrived, we had to do it ourselves, so we found the apartment cold. Luckily my husband is a plumber and managed to turn on the heat. The bed when you turn over is very noisy, bathroom with shower not very clean

- the host did not turn on the boiler that heated the rooms and hot water and did not show how to do it. if not for my knowledge of italian realities and their equipment in november in bergamo i would have to sleep in a cold room and without hot water shower in the bathroom - broken cabin unusable - disgusting limescale in the toilet - no door handles in the bedroom and bathroom, no possibility to close the bathroom, no hair dryer, coffee machine or iron - b&b means bad & brakfest in this case only bad. breakfast is not feasible even with an additional fee. Only breakfast in Italian is available in the nearby bar. It is not possible to eat a continental breakfast, i.e. salty
