Beautiful quiet place at the gateway to Abruzzo from where you can get to many places quickly. Great place for the summer.
Excellent location convenient to the highway and starting point for visits to the villages and caves of Abruzzo, but not only because it is close to Tivoli which offers Villa D'Este and Villa Adriana. But if you don't want to move, Le Sequoie offers five-a-side football and tennis courts, plus a swimming pool.

Family welcome. Nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Respect for silence. Education and sympathy. Various services. Emiliano was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. If you want to get away from the heat and everyday life, it's possible and perfect here. We are a young couple and we really enjoyed it.
The rooms are very large. The hotel has a restaurant available, one of the few in the area open until late as far as I could verify. Bed ok. Small shower cubicle but plenty of water, I would say that as far as sleeping and showering everything is ok. Passable breakfast, nothing special.
Old structure, welcome let's say "home" and exaggerated price for the type of structure. But it is one of the few in the area, so there is little you can do about it.
