Nice apartment with fantastic views.
The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Despite the nearby road, we did not hear any street noise.
The kitchen utensils are a bit dated and need to be replaced. be replaced.

great vacation right on the lake.
Location right on the lake, a huge terrace, everything you need was, 2 bathrooms.
The pull out sofa in the living room for our kids was not very comfortable (hence the deductions for amenities, comfort and cost), but the double bed in the bedroom was excellent. If you're traveling as a couple and don't use the sofa bed in the living room, it's great.

Dream apartment on the lake
Fantastic location right on the shore of the lake, nice little exit to the lake, it's nice to be so close to the water even during a thunderstorm. As good as it gets.
Broken socket in the kitchen. Some puristic equipment in the kitchen.

Barely affordable.
There was a lot of dust under the bed and on the toilet and there were mold stains in the shower that could be removed with a simple cleaning. There was an unlocked wardrobe in the hallway of the house. Among other things, it contained spare keys for each apartment. Since no one locks the front door, everyone can access all apartments and steal valuables without leaving a trace.
