Cold water took a long time to come down, you have to wait for hot water
Everyone, super nice staff, speak french and english. Reception with a site visit. We arrived late but were still entitled to use the pool which however was closed at the time of our arrival. The restaurant is good with great views of the mountains and the pool. Good breakfast. By far the best hotel in our 12 days in Sicily.
Only small problem, mowing the lawn at 9am in front of the door (we must have hit the wrong day)
The waiters are very kind and tireless. Very friendly and personable owner at the front desk. Cozy and clean rooms. Both pools are nice and clean.
The animals present are few and a little emaciated. The changing rooms/toilets in the swimming pool need some renovation and also the playground has been renovated.
