Very pleasant stay with a nice (online) host!
we got an online guide with all sorts of useful facts and tips which was very nice. Self check-in was also very easy and fast. In addition, the apartment was very clean.
the bed is quite hard and there was only 1 fan and it hung in the living room which also kept the bedroom warm at night.

Disappointing
the bed was quite good and luckily there were mosquito nets.
Dirty, sticky, impersonal, no kettle, torn kitchen towel, dirty, noisy environment, dishwasher still with dirty things, too dirty wine glasses, chairs on the terrace from a summer jug. Ba... After a complaint, they offer a 10% discount, but this does not make the apartment cleaner..

Happy Lake Como with stunning views!
Fancy contactless check-in, but nothing better. Good description with photos to find a property. Immediate written replies at any time if questions arise. We were looked after very well! The cleaning lady in the house was also very, very friendly. The equipment of the apartment, everything was there. An excellent bed by Italian standards with a cozy blanket. The views from all rooms are fantastic.
The table on the balcony could definitely be larger, as it is usually eaten there, at least during the summer months.

Everything about this apartment was perfect! Location: a small quiet town on the shores of Lake Como, which offers stunning panoramic views directly from the long balcony. Stars are visible at night, birds sing during the day. Shops and several restaurants are within walking distance. Service: self-check-in apartments. this is incredibly convenient, because you yourself can plan the time of arrival and it does not depend on the owner of the apartment. The owner of the apartment, however, was on call 24/7 and came to the rescue with organizing leisure activities. Highly recommend to everyone!!
