Great location, nice decor and good amenities. A little tricky to find but well worth the walk.
Unfortunately there was no fridge, but for two nights it didn't matter.
The view of Lake Como from the terrace of the apartment is beautiful.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The size of the apartment is definitely not 55m2, but about 40m2. There is a bedroom (approx. 16m2) and a living room (approx. 20m2). So the apartment is quite small. Unsuitable objects (decorations) interfere everywhere in the apartment. Lanterns, a kettle, musical instruments, glasses, an old phone, etc., as well as kitchen utensils that you can't even use. In the middle of the apartment there is a staircase, at the top there is a door with translucent (milky) glass. On the second floor was also rented (another apartment) with access to the street. Obviously, once it was one apartment together. Very noisy. You literally understand each other. All the sounds of life are heard. The light from the upper apartment illuminates the lower apartment through milky glass. So privacy is minimal. Very little is said about the kitchenette. There is no kettle, a stove (hot-water bottle), a sink is also missing. On a wobbly table are two coffee makers, a toaster and a sandwich maker (both, by the way, are still dirty). There is also a refrigerator and microwave. Dishes can only be washed at the toilet bowl. The toilet has no door and, like the shower, it is located right in the bedroom. Shower and toilet were clean! Hot water ran out regularly. This is because we were probably on 1 small cauldron with tenants upstairs. If they had just taken a shower, we would not have hot water. Things in the kitchen were not clean. Leftover cheese from the previous occupation was still stored in the sandwich maker and toaster. The breakfast is not very good. There was a pack of bread, a jar of jam and a few packaged cakes waiting for us. And 1 cup applesauce. This is for 4 people for 3 days. There are few places to park a car. There are parking spaces in the village, but they mainly consist of spaces for permit holders. The apartment did not live up to our expectations.
The apartment is great to fall in love with. Lots of atmosphere and little details, overlooking Lake Como. It is located in a typical street on a terrace by a mountain, not suitable for people with disabilities due to the steep incline and stairs. It has been refurbished and has a beautiful bathroom. The impromptu kitchen is equipped with all necessary electronics and lots of utensils. The double bed is very comfortable. WiFi is free! In front of your door is a beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Como. Definitely recommended for a great experience.
Breakfast is not much. Tea/coffee making facilities, a pack of crackers and a bowl of applesauce. The coffee is good ;-)
Very comfortable and stylishly furnished apartment in the old town, unfortunately without a direct view of the lake. Attention: the apartment can only be reached on foot, at first the pedestrian streets are confusing. Very responsive hostess!
We all had a fuse blown. We didn't have electricity all the time. But it could also be due to unfavorable weather conditions (heavy rain the day before).
Everything was broken toilet seat, light toilet didn't work, bathroom dangerous with lamp 1 meter above bathtub, broken tiles, roof leak, joint details, loose power cables in living room, booked for 4 people but had 1 double bed and sofa bed a bed that my 14 year old daughter couldn't fit into and my 4 year old son had to sit on a very thin mattress on the floor was just ridiculous with four on a double bed, dangerous shutters in the room behind which everything was rotten overall very bad
