Quiet and peaceful location and neighborhood. Very large room but without particular comforts.
Cleanliness inside the room, lack of slippers kit, lack of wardrobe, heavy blankets and double pillows
Good location for all possible tourist attractions in southern Italy (Rome, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Spartacus Arena). Very nice staff (unfortunately with poor knowledge of English, but Google fixed it ;-)). The rooms are very tidy, the decor leaves much to be desired (our room does not have a safe for valuables).
Unfortunately the breakfast was a bit poor so the muesli bowl and the milk that came with it were only provided upon request. The coffee machine stopped once. Otherwise, quite tasty if you like a purely sweet breakfast.
The breakfast was of a very high standard. Very professional, helpful and kind receptionist. The room has all the amenities, great fridge, great air conditioning. Also ideal for cleaning and furniture in general.
The receptionist was very nice, he recommended a great pizzeria and changed the room for us as the one we originally assigned had broken mosquito nets, a very dirty air conditioner filter and a security light on the bathroom step that would blind someone who stretched out. on the bed as the bathroom door is glass (Athena suite if I remember correctly). The new room (suite Venere) turned out to be cozy. The inside parking is very convenient but you have to make sure there is space when booking because it can only accommodate 2 cars.
In general, the facility shows signs of dilapidation and neglect, for example, apart from the first room with broken mosquito nets, in the Venere suite, the hot tub, which we did not use, had water at the bottom in the morning, so several faucets were leaking and the parquet around was damaged by water . Breakfast at a very low level. Attention to the photos, they do not convey the reality of the rooms: just by looking at them after visiting, I noticed that the bathroom of the Athena suite has a two-level floor, with an internal step and is actually much smaller than it seems in the photo, as well as the shower, which is in the photo seemed even too big.
The hotel is new, the rooms are large and comfortable, we liked it!
