Central location, good for transit

It was a good couple of days. We would like to return!
Great location, great value for money and very nice hostess. Overall a great holiday. A great option, especially for people who come home only to sleep. About 300 m from the house there is a small port from which you can reach Cannobio, Luino and all the islands of Lake Maggiore. Luino has a very good weekly market.
Unfortunately the mattresses were a little hard.

Great location, great hosts
Best location, check-in and check-out uncomplicated, great adjoining restaurant
With the window open, you can hear the noise of the restaurant in the evening and garbage collection in the early morning. Shower temperature was very variable

Very good
Very clean, comfortable beds, double bed that can accommodate 1 adult and 2 children. Wifi is great, dishes were good enough for the three of us for breakfast, coffee maker and micro, hairdryer too. Towels are generously available. Sharing the garden is not a problem, it is very nicely decorated. Simple and perfect accommodation for the three of us. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.
A small sink would be practical, but easy to tackle across the bathroom.
