A very well equipped home with plenty of space. Very practical (summer kitchen) and very pleasant appearance: a large shady terrace with a lawn. The house is located at the end of the plot: we can enjoy the sound of the waves from the terrace! 50 meters walk at the end of the plot to the beach

The house itself is located in a complex of 8 identical houses. The outside area with kitchen, terrace and shower is fantastic. To the sea 80 m, the pool is clean and very large. We were here in early September and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Unfortunately, many restaurants in the area have already closed. It is definitely recommended to stay in the house!

We rested in June 2019 with a family of 4 people, three adults and a baby 2.5 years old. Everyone liked it very much! The villa is located in one of the gated communities next to a huge sandy secluded beach. The beach is 3 minutes from the house. The village consists of 8 similar villas with a shared pool. Everything matches the photo. The house has two floors isolated from each other, the stairs to the second floor are on the street. On the site there is an outdoor shower with hot water, a large veranda with a summer kitchen, a gas stove, a sink, a barbecue, a large dining table with chairs and a coffee table with chairs. Everything works. The house is very clean and comfortable. We were provided with towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a bunch of kitchen utensils, a small supply of food (tea, coffee, salt, sugar, seasonings). The owner is hospitable and friendly. To the supermarket 5-7 minutes by car, there is a railway station nearby. The nearest restaurants are 5 minutes by car. This is a place where you want to come back again and again! Thanks to the owner for the hospitality!
