Great restaurants (especially Chang Thai), buffet, Sicilian evening on Thursday night, 3 pools, impeccable cleanliness in the hotel. A very elegant welcome. Special mention to the excellence of Roberto and Angelo from Chang Thai restaurant. And also for Giulia's professionalism and warm welcome at the Portofino restaurant.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Small "special requests" were happily accommodated to the best of our ability, thanks also to Alissa and the restaurant's buffet team. The buffet has always been very varied. The tiramisu was great! Very good quality massages at the spa, great spa team with Greta, Elisa and Dario! Time flew by too fast and we felt very comfortable!
Unfortunately the beach was too narrow and had large rocks in some places.
I stayed at the Grand Palladium with my two daughters and we were all completely satisfied. The staff were very nice and the grounds are beautiful. We would like to return!

Was the worst Grand Palladium we have visited. Unfortunately the biggest downside was the food. For the remaining 2 days, we only ate burgers at the sports bar.
