I didn't know how to get the keys at all. Two days before my arrival, I wrote an email to the property asking how to get the keys. I was told that the owners live there, and there will be no problems with getting the keys. However, when I arrived at the apartment at 8 pm, no lights were on in any of the windows. I knocked, no answer. I called the number indicated in the booking, in response - an answering machine in German (Karl!) Language. I had no idea what to do at all. Quite by chance, an Italian tourist came into the neighboring house, who, thank God, spoke English. She found Casa Cecillia on a google map, called it, and then explained to me how to get there. That is, the owners live in general on a different street. And of course they won't tell me about it, although I tried to find out about it in advance. I went there and took the keys. Whole quest. In addition, although they knew that there would be three of us, they made a bed for only two, and they just gave me a pillowcase, a duvet cover, a sheet, a pillow and a blanket. Like, make your own bed. I am extremely dissatisfied. The apartments are very cramped! It is still possible to live together somehow, but the three of us cannot push through. The sofa is small and uncomfortable. When unfolded, it occupies the entire kitchen-living room. And they charge 5 euros per person for towels. Well, what kind of petty? They also charge 30 euros per person for the service. For what??? No service is provided. Not even trash bags! Plus, they say in the rules that you still have to do a full cleaning when you leave. All in all, I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Or the price should be in two!!! times cheaper. Paid for a week 650 euros.
