Very expensive paid parking; one of the double beds had single sheets; not being able to take your dog to the beach

We have nothing negative to name and why completely satisfied!

Very bad hygiene, dirt everywhere. We found wisps of dust everywhere and not our hair tangled under the stopper of the bathroom sink plus a ball left by some kid under the bed. Cold rooms with air conditioners running at 30 degrees day and night barely kept the temperature at 18 degrees throughout the house and 17 (17!!!) in one of the rooms. Dirty courtyard and dirt on the landing, not even a rug (it was raining!) and various materials dumped in a garbage bag. I'm just saying that the brooms were full of clods of dust not even removed from previous cleanings. No crockery, small fridge, small dishwasher. Tiny nightstands that you can't put anything on. Really bad experience. I add that Cozy Holidays stormed us with emails, so much so that I could no longer find the one that was on the booking. We were offered a parking space, we booked it for 10 euros per day, but then found out that it is 1 kilometer away!!!!! We canceled right away. They didn't tell us! Luckily they reimbursed us without fuss. This is a small apartment that can be beautiful in summer, nice to look at, but in winter, absolutely avoid it !!!!!!!! I left earlier than expected, I was sick with a cold! My family members stayed, but we spent some money. The owners gave us a ridiculous discount, they didn’t charge us for cleaning (because in our opinion it wasn’t even done) and they gave pandoro and a bottle of champagne in compensation, but for us the rest was still spoiled, we arrived on December 23 and dreamed of relaxing by the sea, but I could not take off my sweaters even to go to bed. Among other things, there were terribly synthetic blankets in the beds, which if you sweat and go outside, you will freeze .....

Although it was said that “in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this institution has taken additional safety and hygiene measures,” the food mats have not been changed. It’s unpleasant, especially in the current situation. Upon arrival, we had 4 towels left for the bathroom, and we were 5. Due to a number of misunderstandings, the missing towel was delivered to us on Tuesday (arrived on Sunday).
