The bed was not very comfortable

Rooms very small and cramped. We booked a deluxe room. On the first two days, the room was only made available in the evening after a complaint. The entire facility is a large day spa with a bit of a 3-star hotel. The day spa guests sit in their bathrobes in the breakfast room.

The route to get there and the few reports

The value for money is inappropriate. In addition to hotel guests, the facility is also used by external guests of the spa area, which causes disturbances and creates the impression of staying in a sanatorium. Also the management could be improved (long waiting times at the reception due to the spa guests). Little things, such as glasses in the room, low staffing at breakfast.
