Very spacious, welcoming house. Mrs. Sandra was very kind and hospitable. Self check-in is very convenient. Absolutely recommended.

A great little apartment with a huge balcony, very clean and attractively furnished, great and very friendly hosts, I will never forget the pleasant smell that wafted towards us when we opened the apartment, you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Nothing was missing. Very quiet and everything is there. We also had our dog with us.

We stayed here to participate in a nearby festival, the organization for picking up and returning the keys as well as the freedom of access to the house, made the stay pleasant and suitable for us. The house is equipped with everything you need (even in the kitchen), tidy, well divided into spaces and clean. We found kindness and availability both in the owner and in the caretakers who take her place. Excellent value for money

I would like to point out that I have no family or friendly relations with the management of the facility. When I arrived at the address I immediately noticed the beauty of the building but this does not matter. Mrs. Sandra was there to welcome us and take us to see the apartment. And it happened there that for the first time I was excited when I saw an accommodation facility. An apartment with top marks and maybe I held on tight. Spectacularly furnished, with attention to the smallest details. I, being a bit demanding, couldn't find a flaw. But let's move on to the advantages and they are not few. The structure has private parking and therefore my car was super protected. It has many comforts: sofa with electric movement, 43-inch TV, new kitchen complete with crockery, coffee machine that grinds it instantly to taste the aroma, brand new and very comfortable mattress, carpets, a beautiful wardrobe, a livable terrace where we also had lunch and sunbathed, a wonderful hot shower with a very strong jet. The apartment is very bright, surrounded by well-kept greenery with birds singing all day. A 20-minute drive away is Lake Viverone where for 5 euros you can take a one-hour trip on the lake complete with a guide. 30 minutes away there are the Ara Caves where you can go on countless treks and from many beautiful places (Switzerland is not far away and the roads are good). Around there you can eat 5-star food for 25 euros each (get advice from Sandra and Antonio). The people who manage it are "special" and it will be enough to stay there to realize it. We will definitely be back.
