the owner was very unfriendly, almost intimidating. She didn't speak English and she was clearly angry because we couldn't find an apartment, I think. she was also angry because we parked the car in the wrong place. I was very difficult to contact about where to get the key and she made us feel like we were no longer allowed to take things out of the car. she went and waited very angrily by the car. communication was completely impossible. She went to fold towels in our room for half an hour, and her daughter was there, and she was clearly ashamed. We didn't feel welcome at all. It was getting late and it was very far away, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed. the apartment was otherwise clean and tidy, but there was little fresh air. There were no windows in the bedroom and it was very dark. The bedroom was hung with very large images of the hostess and her husband on their wedding day, the woman was dressed in a jet black ball gown. And huge photos of my daughter in a bathing suit. In our opinion, too personal. Due to the fact that the woman was acting very strange, we did not like it more and more. We left early in the morning, we were allowed to leave the key and close the door. We were glad we didn't have to deal with her anymore. I will no longer rent her apartment through booking.com. We stayed very well. I did not understand her anger, but several times I said that the towels were all right and that we wanted to go to bed. It was a very unusual experience.
