The online check-in went well but it is a bit cold as a welcome, the room is slightly too small.

Very dirty bathroom with still hair everywhere. Only one blanket and it was cold with humidity. I have traveled a lot with booking and have almost always booked with free cancellation. I booked in this structure with free cancellation until 6pm on my day of arrival, it is the only place where the cost of the stay was collected the day before at 12.00..... something like this is not possible.

Uncleaned room, dust on the nightstands, on the lamps, on a very noisy little fridge, homemade breakfast with snack bags and Nescafe, two yoghurts and two fruit juices, no milk and very noisy neighbors who woke us up at 6am. that it seemed they were in the room. For the price you pay, you can get better

Night lighting is poor and could be improved. I would like to meet the owners because this is a long distance relationship which is not in my habit.

Room not clean at all, breakfast with a few muffins, juice and yoghurt at a discount, despite the beautiful garden. He could have sent us to the bar with a voucher for the amount spent on an overnight stay (€106 for one night only).
