Appartamenti Sol & Sombra in Barga

If you are traveling by car and looking for accommodation in the center of ancient villages such as Barga, there is always doubt about parking.In this sense, we found Sol a great solution. Some details: -At 100 m, just outside the entrance door to the village, there is a parking lot with parking for 2 hours, useful for loading / unloading. If you're lucky, some places can be found. -For longer stays, it is recommended to use the parking on Via Hayange (400m from Sol), with free and unlimited parking. Here we have always found a place. Now we come to the apartment. The apartment is located on a quiet street, large, bright and well ventilated. There are two bedrooms, the largest with a double bed (slightly sagging mattress) and the other, albeit spacious, with a queen-size bed (harder mattress). Large room with TV, living room and desk .. Comfortable kitchen, well equipped with everything you need. Laundry room with sink and washing machine. A relatively large bathroom with a comfortable shower, bidet and ample storage space. View of both the cathedral and the Apuan Alps. Last but not least, we appreciated the kindness and availability of Rebecca, who greeted us, and Veronica, with whom we had our first contact. In conclusion, a great base from which to visit Barga, which is very lively in the evenings and the many things Garfagnana has to offer.
