One of the nicest places we've ever been.
The most fantastic thing about this stay is the phenomenal view from the house, terrace and pool. The house itself is also very beautiful. It is built in a Scandinavian style (wooden interior walls) and looks very modern but authentic. Take advantage of the spacious swimming pool to cool off. You can really relax there. All you hear is the chirping of crickets and random dogs in the distance. And this despite the fact that you are only fifteen minutes from the beautiful town of Atri, where you can find everything you need. Be sure to visit the Cathedral and Kalanchi (a beautiful corner of nature).
The kitchen only has a double outer pan (and no microwave either). This is usually not a problem. There are barbecue facilities. In drought conditions and due to the fact that you are in the lap of nature, we did not dare to use it due to the danger of fire. There are many restaurants in Atri, a 15-minute drive away. Since we arrived in September, not everything was open. Kitchen utensils (bags, glasses, ...) could also be a little more spacious. No dishwasher. It's a pity that Oleg was not there, but Boris helped us well with the reception. We were also always allowed to send messages with questions / problems.

All in all a very enjoyable stay in a great location in a great place to stay.

Depending on the season and location: agricultural work sometimes very early (tractor at 5-6 am on weekdays); Kitchen equipment was pretty basic to self service
